Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your Polygroup purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it following the guidelines below within 30 days of receipt for a credit (Less any shipping charges).
You are responsible for all return shipping charges. When applicable, shipping fees charged at time of purchase are not refundable. Please make sure to return your item to the correct return address.
Unused Product Return Conditions
- Merchandise must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days from when it was delivered to you.
- Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
- You are responsible for sending the merchandise back at your expense. We recommend a traceable method of shipping: you may call and provide us with the tracking information.
- Shipping cost for merchandise is NOT refundable under any circumstances.
- Credit to the original credit card used for the purchase will be issued upon Polygroup receiving merchandise in the warehouse and all conditions have been met.
Defective/Incorrect Product Return Conditions
- Within 30 days of your receipt of the product, contact Customer Service at 1-888-919-0070 for further instructions on how to obtain a replacement or return the product for a refund to the original credit card used for the purchase.
We are sorry but we cannot accept the following returns:
- Returns shipped to us later than 30 days after receipt
- Unauthorized returns
- Returns on products damaged due to improper care or use
Can I exchange my item?
If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item you may return your first purchase as outlined in our return policy and order the replacement item separately.
How do I return my item?
Please call us at: 1-888-919-0070. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, that you must write on the outside of the box. Without this number, your return will not be processed.

How long will it take to receive my credit?
All returns must be inspected by our quality control team. Please allow up to 30 days after receipt of your return to inspect your return and apply your credit. If you set up your account with a valid email you will be emailed the credit information the same day it is processed.
Please note, once you add a product to your shopping cart and refresh the order, all products in the cart will be added to the order. Prior to paying, if you need to delete an item, please empty the cart, and start shopping again. Once you have paid, your order is finalized, and you are liable for any errors that occurred.
